If you have not yet had any experience of a personal trainer then we will be delighted to show you all the benefits of an individual training. Your personal trainer supports you and motivates you for more. Together you can take a look at where you stand and what goals you have. The instructions and methods are tailored exactly to your needs. The training program can be modified just as you wish, to suit your current requirements.

Personal Training in the SILENA also for example means: We accompany you in your experiences. For example, we can take a bike tour together.

Our offer of personal trainers is valid throughout the year. Not depending on the weather, you can have training sessions indoors in the exercise room or otherwise, depending on the season, you can decide between biking, downhill skiing or cross-country skiing, hiking, snowshoe tours or fatbiking. There is something for everyone.
