Rolling through
the mountains.

Do you like to work for your fun in the mountains? Gain elevation serpentine by serpentine and metre by metre. Your goal in sight, you are nowhere else but in the moment. Let the trees slowly drift past you as you look out on the surrounding alpine landscape. Then downhill again. As you cruise through shady sections, it’s neither too hot nor too cold. Just right. The choice is yours – you can also let the gondola take you right to the mountain station of the Jochtal Mountain Cableway. Ride for free with the Almencard. You can also borrow bikes from us. Our fatbikes are available to you in the winter as well. The broad tires make travelling through snow easy.

On the Stoanamandl

Start your mountain bike holiday with us here in Valles with this tour which offers a bit of everything. At an altitude of 900 meters uphill it is all possible. At the summit of the Stoanamandl your reward is a 360° panorama view of the South Tyrolean mountain ranges. And if you wish to treat yourself to another highlight, take the single trail descent down to Mühlbach: 1,000 meter altitude with pure trail enjoyment!

Peitlerkoferl tour with Dolomites panorama

The Peitlerkofel tour is a top route for trained bikers. It is regarded as one of the most beautiful mountain bike tours in South Tyrol but also as one of the hardest. You start in Funes and then you have 60 km uphill ahead of you up to an altitude of 2,410 m. Or choose the option of 41 km uphill and altitude of 1,550. The highlights in the true sense of the word are the Kreuzkofeljoch (2,344 m) and Würzjoch (2,007 m). Exhausted but happy, the end of your tour of Peitlerkofel and Ruefen.

Mountain bike tour through the forests

From Valles you ride down to Rio di Pusteria and from here across the high plain Naz-Sciaves. Discover the apple orchards, small villages and unbelievably beautiful pine forests all from your mountain bike.
