Time for something new. Time for you. Focus on yourself and let your personal trainer show you how you can experience yourself. Which exercises are you doing well? Where do we see potential for improvement? Improve on your personal exercise goals or try a new sport? Perhaps you have set a training goal for yourself (and have never achieved it)? You can also reserve sports sessions or yoga and qi gong in groups or privately, just for yourself. Our fitness team consists of Simon (a former professional soccer player), Sylvia, Steffi and Ida. We are happy to accompany you as your personal trainer, on the mountain, on the bike, while hiking or running, on skis or in the exercise room.

Your programme for your personal fitness
Fitness is different for everyone. Some need equipment, others use their own body weight. Some like to have a trainer. No matter what you prefer: we are prepared for you. In our fitness room, the SILENA gym, you will find equipment by Technogym. You can alternate between strength and endurance training and structure your own diverse exercise programme. After sports, relaxation follows – it is not a coincidence that the SILENA gym is right next to the pool area. Here you can come back down and regenerate.
