South Tyrol, our home, provides the basis for our dishes. We get our inspiration and flavours from around the world. Grounded South Tyrolean ingredients meet the refined flavours of South-East Asia.

In the summer, we harvest our herbs directly from the upland moor behind our house and from our garden, where ribgrass, dandelions, chickweed and much more vegetation flourish. A visit to the Unteregger cheesery provides inspiration just as our Japanese sushi with South Tyrolean ingredients. Delicious moments that are not soon forgotten.
