At an altitude of 1,354 m, there is always something new to discover. Plan how you want to explore the meadows and pastures surrounding the SILENA, your soulful hotel, in the spring or autumn and then go out and do it! Hop on a mountain bike, lace up your hiking boots, run the trails or just take a leisurely walk. Let the mountains mesmerise you with a display of colours, lights and shadows. Taking in the smell of hay and mountain herbs, you can feel the perfection of the moment.

At an altitude of 1,354 metres, you can expect lots of snow. The white blanket lasts far into spring – Valles is an El Dorado for all winter sports enthusiasts.
Our village has slowly grown among the mountains. In fact, it used to be hard to reach us. Until the 1950s, only a small path connected Rio di Pusteria and Valles, which makes our community all the more authentic and traditional today. In winter as well: The ski and alpine pasture region of Gitschberg Jochtal has a lot to offer. Just outside our front door, there is a cross-country ski track. Strap on your snowshoes and seek out enchanted places. The valley station of the mountain cableway is only a few steps away.
