SILENA is not just an ordinary hotel, then of course, we don’t serve you just ordinary food. Our natural cooking is the heart of our culinary concept revolving around the cuisine of South Tyrol. It is a mixture of our South Tyrolean roots coupled with our cosmopolitan outlook and our attention to the natural tastes of good, fresh ingredients.
We pick seasonal ingredients, for example in the summer we chose ribwort, dandelion, chickweed or goosefoot, from the upland moor behind our hotel in Vals. You are welcome to come with us. You are also welcome to join us for a trip to the farmhouse dairy, or when we visit a wine cellar and taste a few drops from our wine list.
We want you to enjoy your mountain holiday with all the senses; your body, mind and your soul. Create your own delicious moments in our Gourmet Restaurant and take these memories home with you.
