Sometimes plans change. No worries, things will go as planned next time, and we’re looking forward to getting to know you soon. Overall, there is no right to cancellation pursuant to the Consumer Code. However, we’re happy to provide you with the following conditions:
up to 14 days before arrival: free cancellation (downpayment is reimbursed)
up to 2 days before arrival: 80% of the booking fee
up to the 1 day before arrival, or late arrival or early departure: 100% booking cost.
We recommend you take out a travel policy insurance to be covered in case you need to cancel.
