Gentle acrobatic partner exercises involve trust and letting go. One of the partners is the “Flyer” who is able to fly through the air with the support of the “Base” partner. We provide every assistance in our role as “spotters”. We practice acro-yoga with you, (booked separately, not included in the weekly program), especially the so-called “therapeutic flying”. When you “fly” you can let go of all muscle tension and control. Your body is elasticized, stretched and massaged whilst you simply concentrate on your breathing and the feeling that your “base” will support you safely.
We immediately fell in love with this form of yoga, which is not only challenging, but also aesthetic. It is playfully easy but at the same time demands courage and self-confidence.
