The aisan and regional restaurant at the hotel SILENA.

Design-Restaurant

The rich earthy colors and materials of the upland moor landscape of Vals are integrated in our Gourmet Restaurant

Take a seat on a “spy chair” from Billiani. Stroke your fingers over the table top in smoked oak. There is also smoked oak beneath your feet, laid as a weave, like a basket. Filigree wooden works of art in Asiatic style create private niches in the Gourmet Restaurant with South Tyrolean cuisine. Your eyes wander over the curved seating along the walls and to the table islands grouped around a pillar like people looking for shade under a tree.

Information

South East Asia meets upland moor. And both touch your senses.

The hotel restaurant is a Designer Restaurant. It is our wish to enable you to enjoy our fine natural cuisine and South Tyrolean cooking and everything SILENA stands for. Feel the lightness inspired by Feng Shui and discover the diverse seating areas which provide privacy for you in our restaurant. At the breakfast buffet, enjoy strolling from island to island before settling at your table-for-two, which we can of course extend if you are travelling with family or friends.

The colors, forms and patterns of Asia make you think about your time in the SILENA SPA. We serve our natural foods and South Tyrolean cusines in feathers and blossoms, dark woods and dishes made of slate, stoneware, cast iron or the finest ceramic.

Outside you see our garden and the gondolas of the Jochtal cable-car, above the mountain pastures. When you walk through the patio door, you land onto the large panorama terrace, which is located at the heart of the Pusteria Valley.
